After 19 years at Clarion Partners, my passion and focus is on the intersection of industrial CRE and technology.  As a founding member and former co-chair of the Innovative Technologies in CRE NAIOP Forum and the go-to person for evaluating CRE technologies when I was a part of the Clarion Partners’ industrial team, I’ve seen many CRE technologies come and go.  I’m uniquely positioned to serve as a translator between the technology teams and the CRE professionals, and to cut through what will and won’t work.  I’ve helped technology companies better target and support CRE professionals by explaining how CRE professionals make a dollar and why their pitches aren’t landing more sales.  

I started my career as a mechanical engineer, became a licensed real estate agent in Michigan, then moved to Texas to become an industrial analyst and, later, an industrial asset manager at Clarion Partners. During that time, I also helped my husband with his internet and technology-focused transactional law firm, his legal website, and his legal forms software website.

I enjoy using my systems thinking to help create better CRE workflows that save time and make my clients more money.
