Attention Industrial Commercial Real Estate Professionals…
Dear Seasoned Industrial Commercial Real Estate Professionals,
Did you know that most CRE companies waste time and valuable resources touching data multiple times because they fail to address the underlying data structure and workflows?
Teams tend to silo their data. Their workflows and systems are disconnected and antiquated. Some use artificial intelligence (“AI”) but without first addressing their underlying data problems.
Of course, real estate professionals who learn to leverage their data become the most successful AI implementers. Now, anyone can use AI. Yet without context and guardrails, it becomes a muddy, expensive mess.
Whether you’re a seasoned owner, asset manager, broker, developer, transaction manager, or portfolio manager, you’ll want to create a single source of truth and a playbook that can then be leveraged in all of the various tools and workflows you use.
Allow me to use my unique background to help you:
- Clarify which of your workflows need immediate attention,
- Prioritize where to start,
- Accurately reflect the current workflow,
- Envision a better workflow that works for you, not against you, and
- Implement the revised workflow.
I help seasoned commercial real estate professionals like you save time and make more money with their workflows.
If you want help with your workflows, let’s talk.
Schedule a 20-minute initial consultation ($200 value) to discuss your biggest pain points and whether my knowledge and services are a good fit for your current needs.
I look forward to speaking with you.
Sincerely,
Sara L. Young

P.S. If you are a residential or non-industrial commercial real estate professional, do not have decision-making authority or make decisions by committee, then you likely aren’t a good fit for my services.

I started my career as a mechanical engineer, became a licensed real estate agent in Michigan, then moved to Texas to become an industrial analyst and, later, an industrial asset manager at Clarion Partners. During that time, I also helped my husband with his internet and technology-focused transactional law firm, his legal website, and his legal forms software website.
I enjoy using my systems thinking to help create better CRE workflows that save time and make my clients more money.

Hello, I’m Jenna Gause. I’m the Director of Marketing and Operations for a small commercial real estate brokerage firm, NRG Realty Group. I have a big title and a small company, which means my brain is constantly being pulled in multiple ways, and I just do not have a good workflow for how to handle all of this. So I’ve been playing with ChatGPT and Claude on my own.
But when I connected with Sara, I was able to establish some new workflows to handle my business. I met Sara through posting on the CREW Dallas network forum, and we were able to organize a lunch to discuss AI in marketing with other CREW Dallas members, where we discussed how we were currently handling things.
We’re all really at the beginning stages, but Sara asked us a lot of thoughtful questions to kind of dig deeper into how we could be using AI better for our operations. And from that, we developed a monthly standing meeting to discuss AI in the future and hopefully hold each other accountable to actually take Sara’s advice and put it into action.
I had a one-on-one with Sara to discuss Claude Cowork, because I didn’t know how to use it — but it was as simple as just, you know, turning it on and using it. So Sara walked me through all of that, and she was very educational in the process. And now I feel confident to move forward and keep using Claude Cowork.
